We have the capability to: 1. Surface mount 500,000 components per week in a single shift. 2. Conventionally place, using light guided machines, 50,000 components per week in a single shift. 3. Ultrasonically weld assemblies. 4. Screen Print your products directly. 5. Carry out wire preparation and build custom looms. 6. Modification and rework of pre-assembled units. 7. Complete assembly from procurement of components to finished saleable product including all intermediate and final assemblies. 8. Manufacture from free issue material if desired. 9. Produce or procure all associated peripheral devices associated with the industry. 10. Work within all normal accepted industry practices.
